Nancy Merkes (left) has been the director of RBB Preschool for the past 26 years. She has a true heart for children's ministries. She coordinates a staff of 14 dedicated staff members.
Nancy's Mission Statement:
"I have often been asked the question 'What makes RBB Preschool unique?' In 30 years of childhood education my philosophy has come down to this one belief. Children need to feel secure and cared for in a loving environment, and have their needs met before they can learn. Providing that loving environment for each individual child on a daily basis is exactly what we do here. "
Sandy Watters (below) is the administrative assistant here at RBB Preschool. You will be greeted by her smiling face and sweet spirit when you come into the office to take a tour of the preschool facilities. Sandy has been serving at RBB Preschool for five years.
